ARCANA SUPPORT
How can we help?
Answers for readings, diamonds, account access, privacy controls, and managing your Arcana data.
Diamonds
Diamond packs are consumable purchases completed by the Apple App Store. They can be used for optional deep readings.
Account access
Arcana uses your email address as a unique account identifier. Enter the same email to return to the same account.
Privacy & deletion
Records are private unless you explicitly share them. You can export records, delete content, or permanently delete your account inside Arcana.
Still need help? Email PueseyWary3722@outlook.com. Include your Arcana account email, but never send payment-card details or other passwords.
