Delete your Arcana account

You can permanently delete your account and associated Arcana data from inside the app. No separate website login is required.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Arcana and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Me, then scroll to the Account section.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review the explanation, enter the confirmation text, and confirm permanent deletion.

What is deleted

Your profile, private readings, notes, review outcomes, settings, community posts, comments, reactions, follows, blocks, reports, and other account-linked Arcana records are deleted or queued for deletion.

Before you delete

Account deletion is permanent. If you want a copy of your reflection history first, open Me → Data → Export data and save the exported JSON.

Deleting Arcana does not automatically cancel or refund purchases handled by Apple. Consumable diamonds already purchased are not transferable after account deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email PueseyWary3722@outlook.com from the address used for your Arcana account and request account deletion. We may ask for limited information to verify the request.
