This Privacy Policy applies to the Arcana mobile application, website, support communications, and related services. Arcana is a tarot experience and journal intended for entertainment and personal reflection.
LEGAL
Effective October 12, 2026. This policy explains what Arcana collects, why it is used, what may be public, and the controls available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Arcana mobile application, website, support communications, and related services. Arcana is a tarot experience and journal intended for entertainment and personal reflection.
Readings and journal records are private by default. A reflection becomes public only when you use the sharing control. Other people may then see the question, cards, and written interpretation you shared. Recorded outcomes and later observations remain private. You can unshare content at any time.
Information may be processed by hosting, data-storage, content-delivery, customer-support, and security providers that help operate Arcana. Apple separately processes in-app purchases under its own terms. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets subject to appropriate safeguards.
Arcana does not sell or rent your questions, readings, notes, or outcomes, and does not use their content for targeted advertising.
Basic meanings and drawing logic are bundled with Arcana. The optional remote AI deep-reading feature is not currently connected. Before such a feature is launched, this policy and the in-app explanation will identify the relevant processing and choices. No journal content is currently sent to an AI provider for deep readings.
Diamond packs are consumable in-app purchases. The current implementation stores the diamond balance on the installation associated with your account on that device. A balance may not transfer to another device or return after the app is removed. Store purchase records may remain with Apple under its policies.
We retain account and journal information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Public content remains until you remove it, unshare it, or delete your account, subject to cached copies and necessary backups. Security, transaction, and deletion-request records may be kept for a limited period where needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, compliance, or legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to receive a portable copy. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Arcana uses HTTPS for data in transit and owner/visibility controls for stored records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours; where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used.
Arcana is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Arcana only with a parent or guardian’s knowledge and consent. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent.
We may update this policy as Arcana changes. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes may also be shown in the app. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to PueseyWary3722@outlook.com.
